My alarm didn't ring
Sleepyhead needs your permission to schedule alarms. In the Settings app, find Sleepyhead and make sure alarms are allowed. If the home screen shows This alarm isn't set with iOS, open Sleepyhead and save your schedule again.
Can I snooze?
No. The alarm keeps sounding until you finish the mission. That's the point.
What happens if I give up on a mission?
The alarm stops, but the morning counts as a miss. Your streak window (3 minutes by default, up to 15) sets how long you have to finish and keep your streak.
Why can't I change tomorrow's alarm?
Once you're within four hours of an alarm, its time locks so you can't push it back half-asleep. You can change it again after it rings.
How do streak freezes work?
If you miss a morning, a freeze is used automatically and your streak survives. You earn one for every three achievements, or you can buy one with pet coins. You can turn off automatic freezes in Settings.
How do I set up Scan a Code?
In Settings › Your scan codes, register any QR code or barcode, like a cereal box or a printed sticker. Put it somewhere that makes you leave the bedroom, such as the kitchen.
Why are some missions unavailable?
Walk It Off and Shake It Off need your iPhone's motion sensors, and Scan a Code needs a registered code. Camera missions need camera access.
How does Sunrise Quest work?
Choose a goal up to four hours earlier than you wake up now. Your alarm moves 15 minutes earlier each time you win two of three mornings. Miss two and it slides back a step, never back to the start. Ending a quest leaves your alarms where they are and keeps your XP and level.
What does Bedtime focus do?
It blocks the apps you pick, using Apple's Screen Time, while it's on. Sleepyhead can't see which apps you chose.
Is the pet required?
No. The virtual pet is optional and can be turned on or off in Settings. Rehoming your pet loses its coins and accessories but doesn't affect your streak.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone and choose Sleepyhead. Apple handles all payments, and we never see your payment details.
How do I start again?
Settings › Reset progress clears your streaks, history and achievements. Your schedule stays.
