Zero tolerance

Keep has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not use Keep to:

Your responsibility

Only send things to people who want them. People you send to can block and report you at any time.

Keep can't see what you share, because it's end-to-end encrypted between the two devices. Reports include the reported person's Keep address and whatever the reporter chooses to tell us.

Your network details

Keep's relay keeps the IP addresses (IPv4 and IPv6) your device last connected from, and their approximate location, for 90 days. To learn both, Keep asks ipify.org for your device's public addresses when sharing starts. If you're reported, the Review Team sees these along with the name of your internet provider, looked up from the IP address, and they may be given to law enforcement. The relay can't read anything you share. See the Privacy Policy.

What happens after a report

We review every report within 24 hours. If someone breaks these terms, we permanently remove their access to Keep's sharing service and, where the law requires, report them to the authorities. Reports of content involving a minor ban the reported person immediately.

Child safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Never send it to us. If a child is in danger, call the police now. You can also report to the authorities, such as NCMEC's CyberTipline in the US.

Ads and Remove Ads

Keep is free to use and shows ads from Google AdMob. Sharing may ask you to watch a short video ad first.

Remove Ads is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in the Settings app under your Apple Account › Subscriptions. While it's active, Keep shows no ads.
