Caffeine Media is the post-production and video services practice of Toby Jones, based in Blackpool, UK. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit thecaffeinemediacompany.com or get in touch about a project. In short: this is a simple brochure site with no accounts, no forms and no advertising trackers. We use basic, non-advertising analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they use.
Information you provide to us
The site has no sign-up, login or contact form - getting in touch means emailing or iMessaging hello@thecaffeinemediacompany.com directly. Whatever you choose to share in that message (such as your name, contact details and project information) is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. It isn't sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure visits to the site. It records pages viewed, how long people stay, the rough region, device and browser type - nothing that identifies you personally, and it's not used for advertising or targeting. Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) are set on your device to distinguish visits, and Google may log standard technical data under its own privacy policy. The site is also hosted on GitHub Pages, which automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability; that logging is handled by GitHub under its own privacy policy, not by us directly.
Fonts
Page text is displayed using the Archivo typeface, served directly from this site. Your browser doesn't contact Google or any other font service to display it.
Links to other sites
The Apps & Games section links out to the App Store listings for Pill Blast and Remy, and other parts of the site may link to client work or third-party platforms. Once you leave thecaffeinemediacompany.com, that site's own privacy policy applies - this policy only covers our own pages.
Your rights
If you've emailed or messaged us, you can ask at any time to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted - just get in touch using the address below. As a UK sole proprietorship, we handle any such request under UK data protection law.
Children's privacy
This site is a professional services site aimed at adults and businesses, and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
